- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in supply chain management, preferably in the IT industry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, procurement practices, and inventory management techniques.
- Familiarity with IT hardware/software products and their supply chain dynamics is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and trade compliance is a plus.
