The HRAD Supervisor
- will be responsible in providing support and assistance to the HRAD Manager in meeting the objectives and needs of the Human Resources Department, in line with the objectives set by the Top Management in consideration of the welfare of the employees.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruitment.
- Responsible in supervising manpower requirement compliance for recruitment in sourcing, scheduling, screening of applicants. Ensures compliance on structured interview, administration of examinations and checking of results before endorsing to the requesting department , account or area.
2. Administration.
- Handles administrative functions. These include; but not limited to, supervision on office orderliness and employee compliance on the Company Policies. Provides recommendation and plans for systems improvement in developing the company policies and procedure. Evaluates and provides employee needs in office equipment's and furniture subject to the recommendation of the HRAD Manager and approval of the General Manager. Policy implementation and labor procedures.
3. Records & Benefits.
- Responsible in supervising and monitoring employee records and benefits administration. Ensures requirements compliance and timely availment of benefits (mandated: SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth etc. and company provided: insurance, leaves, medicines etc.) to qualified employees.
- Ensures record safekeeping and CONFIDENTIALITY of documents and other pertinent information of the employees and the Company.
4. Training & Development.
- Assists and provides full support to company training programs and activities, from conceptualization, preparation, actual activity and to its completion. Provides valuable support and assures that all aspects of the program and activities (such as materials, certificates, modules etc.) are ready and in good condition.
- Provides opportunity for the subordinates’ growth and work improvement through coaching and mentoring.
5. Assistance & Information.
- Provides significant support and assistance to the employees by providing information and update on work conditions. Provides reports and data for the HRAD.
6. Basic Policy Implementation and Monitoring.
- Supervises employee compliance and disciplinary measures in line with due process.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
