Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist [Sweden]


 

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the talent acquisition function, focusing on recruitment activities and assisting in attracting and hiring top talent for greehill globally. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a passion for recruiting and a desire to grow their career in talent acquisition.

Your task will be

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screening interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and job postings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of innovative and cost-effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support HR function to create employee related documents.


We need you to have

  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English also.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Plus if you have HR agency background
  • Experience in IT recruitment
