Job Description:
- Search literature Independently and complete the therapeutic target proposal under supervision.
- Based on project needs, design experiment under supervision and execute scientifically sound studies independently to answer the scientific question.
- Under supervision, be research function group representative candidate, closely work with cross-functional team. Based on the project needs, with the deep understanding of the projects and strong scientific knowledge, make proposals for the x-ray crystallography or Cryo-EM studies, design and execute the key study to get clearly scientific conclusion to push forward the progress of program.
- Support platform establishment when requested by providing scientific inputs through literature search and carry out the new assay for testing under supervision.
- Under supervision, resolve the key issues.
- Keep abreast of most updated scientific progress, present scientific data to internal audiences under supervision, or attend the domestic conference to present BeiGene to professionals in the industry with the posters or abstracts under supervision.
Qualification Required:
- PhD Degree, major on Structural Biology or related.
- 0~5 working years of relevant experience in academia or industry preferred.
- Equipped with, including but not limited:
ü Hands-on experiences in recombinant protein production, especially membrane protein production in various expression system, including E. coli, Insect cell and Mammalian cell.

ü An excellent knowledge on protein biochemistry and biophysics.
ü Hands-on experiences in protein-compound co-crystal or Cryo-EM projects.
ü Hands-on experiences in X-ray or Cryo-EM data collection and processing, structure determination and analysis.
ü Capability of providing insightful information of the protein-compound co-structure to speed up the drug-discovery process.
- Having good sense &understanding of science.
- Strong passion and exploration desire of science.
