A reputable Japanese multi-national steel products trading Company located in the Central Business District is seeking for an individual to assist our accounts and finance team in data entry for a period of 3 months (with the possibility of extension).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist to collate, organize and input the past month’s transactions from old system Microsoft NAV and digital records into new system Microsoft Business Central (BC).
Pre-Requisites:
· Experience in using ERP System, preferably Microsoft Business Central (BC) - Business and Accounting Modules
· Understand basic accounting is mandatory
· Good in operating keyboards and fast typing speed
· Good Microsoft skill, particularly in Excel
· Able to work OT whenever needed
· Good communication skill in English
· Pleasant personality
· Available to commit for at least 3 months and start work around 22 May 2023
