We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Marketing and Events Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, has an excellent command of the English spoken and written language, and is efficient in administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Help with event invitations and ensure that guest lists are up to date
- Communicate with attendees
- Assist with event operations
- Liaise with the venue
- Ensure execution of sponsorship agreements
- Assist with speaker arrangements
- Look after the event administration and event website
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
