Payroll Specialist 80 - 100 % [Switzerland]


 

For one of our innovative clients in Baden (Aargau) we are searching for a:

Your mission
  • Monthly withholding tax accounting
  • Various tasks concerning social security
  • Year-end closing work (preparation of AHV, KTG, UVG, QSt etc.)
  • HR reports and statistics
  • General personnel administration (employer's certificates, interim
earnings, time recording, etc.)
  • Collaboration in HR and payroll projects

Your profile


To manage these tasks, you must have a commercial degree, futher education in HR, social security field or ideally as a payroll specialist is a huge plus. You have worked for at least 2 years after your apprenticeship in a similar position. You have a very good knowledge of MS Office and Abacus. You cope well with change and you are independent, flexible and work very accurately.
