Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance/Business Administration
- 3 years previous experience in payroll activities
- Knowledge of labour and insurance legislation
- Knowledge of Information System “ERGANI”
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (excel-word)
- Knowledge of payroll Information Systems
- Desirable knowledge of HRMS
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of time attendance
- Monitoring of payroll activities (payments, insurance funds, Payroll tax, accounting articles, check of the relevant general ledger accounts)
- Management of Information System “ERGANI”
- Management of monthly employee alterations (hirings, leaves)
- Management of labour and insurance legislation issues
- Support employees in payroll issues
