Payroll Specalist [Greece]


 

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance/Business Administration
  • 3 years previous experience in payroll activities
  • Knowledge of labour and insurance legislation
  • Knowledge of Information System “ERGANI”
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (excel-word)
  • Knowledge of payroll Information Systems
  • Desirable knowledge of HRMS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of time attendance
  • Monitoring of payroll activities (payments, insurance funds, Payroll tax, accounting articles, check of the relevant general ledger accounts)
  • Management of Information System “ERGANI”
  • Management of monthly employee alterations (hirings, leaves)
  • Management of labour and insurance legislation issues
  • Support employees in payroll issues
