Responsibilities: 1. Own product GTM and adoption for all of TikTok's advertising solutions in the market; 2. Responsible for defining product positioning, implementing go-to-market and conducting inbound for the market; 3. Ensure a market first approach is taken in all go-to-market, identify opportunities to make vertical based recommendations and scale these across the sales team; 4. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute vertical strategies, programs and initiatives to drive revenue through the adoption of key products and solutions; 5. Act as the voice of the market in product; synthesise market insights and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutions; 6. Represent TikTok's advertising solutions externally, develop relationships with key accounts and participate in industry events; 7. Contribute to APAC and Korea product growth strategy, advising leadership team on market opportunities and guide decision-making process.Qualifications
