Responsibilities
- Providing technical assistance via phone, email, or live chat
- Reporting request and procedures within CRM program
- Testing for proper connectivity function
- Offering first level assistance and problem solving
- Tracking systems issues to resolution within agreed timeframes
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the problem
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
Requirements
- Graduand or Graduate of IEK, College, TEI or AEI
- Experience in any customer service-related position will be considered an asset
- Good knowledge of English
- Familiar with technology
