We are looking to appoint 2 Teaching Assistants One in our Early Years Provision and one across Key Stage 1 and 2. You will be excited by the buzz of learning and will also have a strong commitment to ensuring our children have the very best learning provision.
You will:
- be passionate about ensuring all children are supported to do their best
- have very good numeracy and literacy skills
- have experience of working with children across the primary curriculum, including children with social, emotional and mental health needs
- be able to form positive relationships with children, parents and staff
- be reflective and always seeking to improve outcomes for children
- be passionate about making learning irresistible for children
- be able to maintain confidentiality and have a high level of professionalism
- be committed to improve your own practice.
