Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, employee relations, payrolls.
  • Improve the company's management system, and supervise the implementation and effect feedback of the rules and regulations.
  • Responsible for the recruitment process, handling employee entry, resignation, transfer, promotion, salary adjustment and other procedures.
  • Carry out induction training for new employees, and follow-up feedback on training effects.
  • Improve the employee performance appraisal system, and supervise the implementation and follow-up feedback.
  • Improve company's welfare system to stimulate the company's vitality.
  • Maintain labor relations and organize team building activities.
  • Responsible for the internal culture construction of the enterprise.
  • Check attendance for all staff and resolve any discrepancy issues.
  • Assist in the work of other departments and complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Job requirements

  • More than 2 years of working experience in human resources and recruitment experience.
  • Familiar with office software.
  • Possess good professionalism, strong communication and coordination skills, strong work planning and organization, calm and dedicated, meticulous and patient, and good teamwork spirit.
